Jillian Urban : Staff Accountant II

Jillian’s accounting experience and relationship-focused approach allow her to build strong connections with clients while understanding the unique needs of each business.

Jillian earned her Accounting degree from Montclair State University and plans to pursue her CPA. She spent three years at a small CPA firm specializing in small businesses and individual tax returns. Working in a fast-paced environment gave her exposure to a wide range of accounting functions and helped her develop a versatile skill set.

Jillian believes her role goes beyond simply preparing financial documents. By building strong relationships with clients, she takes the time to understand their businesses, goals, and challenges, allowing her to provide thoughtful and personalized support.

Outside of her time at MasterPlan Advisors, Jillian enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, traveling, and spending time with her family and dogs.
